Control System

Our plate shearing machine makes use of a numerical control system that was specifically created and is reasonably priced. We provide the choice to incorporate the DAC310T system from Delem, a well-known Dutch manufacturer. For best results, this device can automatically adjust the cutting angle and blade clearance.

Motor

Our high-performance main motor can be fitted with well-known Chinese brands like Wannan or globally renowned brands like Siemens.
We provide voltage customization to satisfy certain needs, such as 3-phase at 220 V/60 Hz, 380 V/60 Hz, 415 V/60 Hz, and other alternatives as required.

Hydraulic Valve

Includes the use of a hydraulic valve block from the global brand Rexroth for the best hydraulic performance.
Oil leaks and valve jams are uncommon on our machine because of our oil pressure overload protection mechanism.
To guarantee steady equipment performance and seamless oil circuit operations, we offer real-time oil pressure monitoring. 

Feeding Port

Our feed port's design complies with international safety regulations to guarantee the machine operates safely and dependably.
The minimum feeding height of our machine is the same as the thickness of the sheet, and the maximum feeding height is the thickness of the sheet + 20 to 25 mm. The feeding height can be easily customized thanks to the adjustable height screws that are also included.
For the operator's safety, our equipment has a side guardrail and a front fence installed. 

Backgauge

The heavy-duty backgauge construction makes the back stopper less likely to distort and guarantees crash resistance.
Cutting materials are easier to access thanks to the handy backgauge rack.
To satisfy the cutting needs of longer materials, backstop lifting functions are offered in both manual and automatic modes.
