One of the producers of sophisticated press brakes, UNT has its unique tool clamping system.
We are prepared to deliver the required premium tools with UNT fastening to your production as soon as feasible and at the most affordable cost. In accordance with the original manufacturer's catalog, you can submit a request specifying the markings and required segmentation.
The tool is composed of 42CrMo, a premium structural steel.
All punches and dies undergo heat treatment using the volumetric induction process, which results in working surfaces with a hardness of 47+/-2HRc. The tool's primary working surfaces can be laser hardened to 56–60 HRc at the customer's request to increase their hardness.

The tool's working, joining, and fastening surfaces are all precisely ground. For all working and mounting surfaces, the tolerance for parallelism and straightness is 0.02mm/1000mm. At the client's request, we can increase this value to 0.01mm/1000mm.
