Front Plate Follower Support System

Hydraulic press brakes with plate support follower system are used for bending long and thin plates. It consists mainly of a pair of plate supports, located at the front of the machine, at the same height as the bending line or the bottom mold. These supports are managed by the CNC and dutifully track and support the sheet throughout the bending process.

Recommended for heavy parts or large thin plates

Bending closure 70°

Load capacity - 180 kg per support

Brush and support shaft sizes 350x900 to 1200 mm
