Additional Control Panel (ACP)

Using the ACP (Additional Control Panel) option, an auxiliary operator panel can be linked to the DA-60Touch controller.The ACP can be a Windows PC or Tablet PC, and the connection between the DA-60Touch controller and the ACP is made via Ethernet. The control software integrates all the components required to run the ACP client on any Windows Tablet PC or integrated Windows PC. When the software option (OP-W-ACP) is enabled, the controller will synchronize with the ACP and provide full control functionality.

ACP Features

An additional screen is included in the machine application allowing the operator to monitor and assist in the progress of the production process from their location.

Access and modify CNC data in real time.

Integration is very flexible as the panel can be placed on an operator console or ram, or even moved along the workstation as required.

It extends the control functionality similar to SoftOEMpanel.

Products In Time

This block displays a bar graph indicating the quantity of each product produced each day. By moving the mouse cursor over one of the bars, the product ID and the quantity produced on that particular day will be displayed.

Machine Mode In Time

This section displays a bar graph indicating the mode selected and the duration of each day. Available modes include:

Programming Mode

Automatic Mode

Manual Mode

Strokes And Started In Time

This chart illustrates the correlation between the machine start time and the number of Y-axis strokes performed within that time frame.

Messages In Time

A bar graph is displayed showing the number of messages displayed over time. Contains only active messages displayed during DA-Control startup.

The following message categories are indicated:

D = Messages from Delem applications

M = Messages from the DM module

P = Messages generated by the Safety PLC

S = messages generated by the sequencer
